Context

Bupa is a health and care company. As well as providing private health insurance they also offer a variety of products and services. We had been asked to create a new product to address customer need in the preventative health / wellbeing space.

Features of Phase 5 that this case study focuses on:

  • Feature development
  • Rapid experimentation
  • Product build

Output and outcomes

  • Using insights from customers to develop, test and iterate on a new prototype
  • Using insights from the 3,500+ people who tried our solution in the live, in-market, experiments we learnt that people were interested in using our solution
  • Insights from both streams of work helped us to prioritise the product build work and ensure that key features were available before going to market
